General Information

What is the Exhibitor Zone (E-Zone)?

The Exhibitor Zone (E-Zone) is your central hub in the run-up to the show. Here, you can view your stand details, access marketing, operational and registration information, and find links to order forms for stand and logistical items.

I’m locked out of my Exhibitor Zone or can’t remember my password. What should I do?

Please contact us at customer.success@agriconnect.com and we will reset your password and send you a new access link.

How do I get to Farm Business Innovation?

Farm Business Innovation will be held at the NEC:

National Exhibition Centre
North Avenue
Marston Green
Birmingham
West Midlands
B40 1NT

By Car:

Located bang in the middle of the UK’s motorway network, jumping in the car is the ideal way to get to the NEC.

You’ll find the NEC clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 - just pop B40 1NT in your sat nav. When you arrive at the NEC don’t follow your satnav anymore, look out for the show name you're visiting on our signs. Then, simply jump on our free shuttle bus or take a leisurely stroll along our signposted footpaths.

By Public Transport:

Getting to us by train is brilliantly easy as the NEC is located less than a ten-minute walk from Birmingham International Railway Station.

You won’t even need to brave the elements. Direct services run all day, however, if you’re traveling from further afield you may need to catch a connecting train at Birmingham New Street, which is less than a 15-minute journey away. Bus and Coach:

Over 120 National Express and Megabus coach services run daily across the UK to Birmingham Airport.

Nearest International Airports:

Birmingham Airport is right on the doorstep for the NEC, making it easy for international visitors to get to Holiday Park and Resort Innovation.

Simply take the free and fast air-rail link to Birmingham International Railway Station located at the upper level of Terminal 1. The train runs every two minutes and only takes 90 seconds. When you arrive just head straight through to the NEC.

Where can I find the Operations Manual?

Your Operations Manual is available within your E-Zone via the left-hand menu. It contains all the essential information you need as an exhibitor.

How do I book additional services?

Stand extras (such as furniture, electrics, lighting, etc.) can be ordered through links provided in the Exhibitor Manual within the E-Zone.

Will there be free Wi-Fi for exhibitors?

Free public Wi-Fi is available across the exhibition halls and some conference areas. However, to guarantee a reliable connection, you should arrange a dedicated wireless SSID or a hardwired connection. Full details can be found in the Operations Manual.

How many staff can I have on my stand?

You may have as many staff as needed, provided they are registered. Please ensure all staff are registered via the “Register Your Staff” form in the E-Zone.

How will I receive updates?

Regular Exhibitor Information emails will be sent to the Event Operations Contact listed on your account. These will include important updates and deadlines. If you are not receiving them, please contact customer.success@agriconnect.com.

How many free parking passes do I receive?

For 2026, exhibitors will receive one free parking pass per stand for the outer area car parks. Parking is now fully digital, no physical passes will be issued. You must book parking online in advance using a unique, single-use promo code. Full details are available in the E-Zone under General Information – Parking.

Where is the Organiser’s Office located?

The Organiser’s Office is located by the entrance of Hall 7.

What’s included in my Shell Scheme package?

Basic shell scheme includes walls, fascia, slate grey carpet and nameboard. Basic shell scheme does NOT include electrics or furniture.

Enhanced Shell Scheme includes walls, fascia, slate grey carpet, nameboard, 1 x 500w 2amp socket and 3 track spot lights. If your stand is 19sqm or above your package offering of electrics is doubled.

Deluxe shell scheme includes walls, fascia, slate grey carpet, nameboard, 1 x 500w 2amp socket, 3 track spot lights, 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 Literature rack all in white. Click here to view the type of furniture that is included in this package. If your stand is 19sqm or above your package offering of electrics and furniture is doubled.

Are children permitted in the halls during build-up and breakdown?

No. For safety reasons, no one under the age of 16 is permitted in the halls during build-up and breakdown periods.There is no exception to this rule.Under 16s are permitted during the show open period only. 

Will photography and videography take place during the show?

Yes, an official photography and video team will be onsite to capture the event. They are not available for individual stand bookings. If you require dedicated coverage, you will need to arrange this independently.

What is the code of conduct for attending the event?

Agriconnect is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all attendees, where everyone feels respected, safe, and able to participate fully.

Do I need insurance for my stand?

Yes. Your contractor must provide Public Liability Insurance (PLI) for build-up and breakdown. As an exhibitor, you must also provide your own PLI for the show days. Without valid PLI, you will not be permitted to exhibit.

What happens after I have signed up to exhibit at the show?

Our marketing team will email you with valuable information, including pre-show and on-site exposure opportunities. You'll also receive a link to access the exhibitor manual and the exhibitor zone. Stay tuned for this important email!

Are pets allowed at Farm Business Innovation?

No dogs are permitted into the event, nor should they be left in your car. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs for the disabled are allowed on site.
