Ross has over 25 years of banking experience working across a number of roles, until he found his passion agricultural banking nearly 16 years ago. He began his banking career at Barclays and in 2014 moved to Yorkshire Bank (now Virgin Money) as a Relationship Manager. In 2021 Ross opted for a change in career and joined Oxbury as a Senior Credit Manager working within the Underwriting Team assessing lending applications for Oxbury customers. After three and a half years he decided to return to a customer facing role. Ross now manages the Central Relationship Team which covers Wales across to Lincolnshire/Suffolk
