Rob Tate is the Managing Director and CEO of Appetite Me, specialising in the strategic development and diversification of landed estates, high-end garden centres, and destination-led rural businesses across the UK. He helps landowners, investors, lenders and operators unlock long-term commercial value, guiding projects from concept through to completion — identifying opportunities, structuring commercially viable plans, securing investment and overseeing delivery. Alongside his executive role, Rob provides strategic advisory support to rural and destination businesses and holds Non-Executive Director and board advisory positions across the landed estate, garden centre, hospitality, leisure and retail sectors. His work spans farm shops, restaurants, glamping and visitor attractions, with a strong focus on collaboration, long-term planning and commercial growth.
