Matt leads all commercial matters related to client-facing contracts across the origination and development project phases. His primary focus is to support the Business Development team from the initial stages of contract origination through to Final Investment Decision (FID) and contract signature.

Matt collaborates closely with all areas of the business in addition to the Business Development and Delivery teams, in particular, our pricing and procurement manager,  finance team and legal team. This ensures consistency across all commercial matters on all our projects.
