Mark is a Chartered Surveyor and fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers whose brief includes Welsh planning and infrastructure, and some UK national infrastructure policy. He advises CLA members on planning and infrastructure and has been involved in national policy through the Planning and Infrastructure Bill.
