Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Private Client team at Browne Jacobson. She advises a broad range of individuals, families and trustees regarding UK tax, trusts and succession planning. As a farmer’s daughter, she has a particular interest in working with farming families and landed estates. Her experience includes advising on lifetime tax planning, asset protection and estate planning opportunities including in relation to agricultural property and business property reliefs. Hannah works closely with the CLA, both in her role as a member of the CLA National Tax Committee and the CLA Nottinghamshire Branch Committee, and as a trustee of the CLA Charitable Trust.  Hannah is a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association (ALA) and a member of STEP.
