Edward works in Birketts’ Planning and Environment Team and has a broad practice, advising a range of clients in respect of planning, environmental and highways law. Edward specialises in all aspects of town and country planning law, both contentious and non-contentious. He has significant experience advising developers and landowners in respect of commercial and residential development, including planning due diligence, planning agreements and input into transactional documents. Edward also has experience of the planning appeals process, which includes acting as an advocate for interested parties at appeal hearings.
