David O'Reilly Biography

As a Chartered Surveyor, David brings many years’ land and planning experience, recently collaborating as part of the expert working group for the RICS to produce guidance notes for the industry on all forms of land agreements. David has worked at senior management levels in both house builders and land promoters.  David and the Ainscough team are tasked with the ongoing success of existing projects for the benefit of their landowners and the team are currently promoting in excess of 1,600 acres of land for circa 14,000 new homes. With more than 95% of all applications submitted being approved at committee or appeal over the last 15 years, Ainscough Strategic Land has an enviable planning track record and an excellent reputation as a privately owned and privately funded national business.
