Cheryl Barrett is one of the founding directors of The Original Baker. Cheryl joined originator Gill Ridgard in 2014, when the fledgling business supplied a handful of outlets in Yorkshire.

Inspired by their shared farming roots, entrepreneurial values and love of great food, they developed an artisanal range of premium pastries that is now enjoyed in farm shops and delis across the UK. Cheryl is passionate about uncompromising quality and about building lasting, collaborative relationships with the independent retailers they supply.
