The system washes up to 640 milk or drinks bottles per hour – sixteen at one time!
The Meiko Bottle Washer takes a wide range of bottles with slim or wide necks; with a minimum 18 mm diameter neck up to 80 mm and bottles up to 114 mm wide and up to 370 mm tall.
Meiko’s patented system has been used since 2021 and uses separate, sealed channels to first send wash fluid into the bottle, then separately, rinse aid.
The full power of the jet enters the bottle – ensuring that everything is hygienically cleaned and sanitised.
