Tell us about your business in a few sentences.
Templecoombe Ltd has supplied high-quality printed paper and reusable bags to businesses across the UK for over 30 years. From our sales office in the heart of Olney, our friendly team works with businesses of all sizes, from independent farm shops and visitor attractions to national retailers and well-known brands.

We specialise in bespoke printed bags, helping businesses put their brand in their customers' hands. We offer a wide range of materials, sizes, finishes and printing options, with our experienced team on hand to guide customers through the process and help them find the right solution.

What's new or exciting that you'll be showcasing at the show?
There is a particularly good reason to visit our stand this year – we are supplying the official Show bags!

The paper is made from Agricultural waste rather than trees, an innovative & sustainable material. It is a great example of how agricultural by-products can be turned into something useful, and we're looking forward to showing visitors the bags and explaining a little more about the material behind them.

We'll also have a selection of other printed paper and reusable bags on display, including options particularly suited to farm shops, visitor attractions and other rural businesses.

What can visitors expect when they visit your stand?
Visitors can expect to see lots of examples of printed bags supplied to similar businesses and, of course, the official show bag that we're supplying for this year's event.

Our team will be on hand to talk through different options, whether you're opening a new farm shop, developing a visitor attraction, selling products directly to customers or simply looking to improve your existing packaging. We can advise on everything from bag size and material to print and quantities. We're happy to discuss ideas, even if you're not quite sure what you need yet.

Can you share a customer success story or example of how you've helped a client?

A good example is Allens of Olney, a traditional independent clothing shop just down the road from our office. They had used plastic carrier bags for many years and wanted to modernise their packaging while still reflecting the tradition and character of the store.

A modern twist handle paper bag that is fully recyclable was selected and rather than simply putting their logo on it, the bag features the shop's iconic building. A local artist created the illustration for them, which we then used on the printed paper bags. The result is a bag that feels up to date and very much part of the shop and its history, rather than just a bag. We see customers using them all the time, effectively advertising their business around the town.

Why is attending the show important for the industry?
For us, it's also about meeting people face-to-face and understanding the challenges they are facing. A conversation at a show can often be much more useful than an email, particularly when we're discussing something bespoke such as printed packaging.

What's the one thing visitors shouldn't miss on your stand?
Come and see the official show bag!

It's not every year that you get to meet the company that made the bag you're carrying. We'll be able to show you the material it is made from and explain how agricultural residue can be turned into a practical, printed paper bag.

If you're thinking about printed bags, come and have a chat with us ON stand FM634. You will be surprised by the options available and how they can 'Carry Your Brand'.

Meet the Templecoombe team on Stand FM634 at Farm Business Innovation from 4-5 November!
