Tell us about your business in a few sentences.
Dudley Peverill Associates is a specialist consultancy providing integrated project consultancy, planning, funding, and construction project management services to landowners undertaking rural diversification. We work with estates, farms, private individuals, and institutional landowners across England, offering end-to-end support from masterplanning and strategy, planning stages, through to funding and on-site delivery. Our combined expertise across these disciplines allows us to provide advice that is not only compliant with planning policy, but commercially viable and practically deliverable.
What's new or exciting that you'll be showcasing at the show?
We're showcasing our most recently completed projects and the strategic thinking behind them. Both started as underutilised assets, and in each case the work was the same: reading what the site could realistically support, testing the market demand around it, and finding the planning route to get there. One is now a rural wellness hub. The other, a large farmyard converted into a high income producing industrial estate.

Can you share a customer success story or example of how you've helped a client?
The Story - Pitchcott Farm
We were appointed to bring strategic clarity and momentum to the site. Starting with an Estate Masterplan, we set out a phased strategy balancing the client's ambition, a vibrant rural hub built around wellbeing and nature connectivity, against the practical realities of finance, delivery, and long-term operation. The project required robust business case development and financial modelling. The team secured £300k of grant funding via the Rural England Prosperity Fund (REPF) and bank finance via Oxbury Bank, structuring the investment so construction could be phased safely against tight grant deadlines.
Throughout, we engaged local agents and businesses to pre-let concessionary units, reducing income risk before a spade went into the ground. Our team then carried the project through procurement and construction, restoring the Victorian courtyard, integrating new-build elements sensitively, and part-refurbishing the adjoining barns, project managing delivery against cost, time and quality to handover.
The Result
The multifaceted site is now actively trading, generating returns and growth in line with forecast. Pitchcott Farm is now a vibrant and active rural leisure hub, connecting patrons with the surrounding farm, and it’s nature initiatives, whilst offering accommodation, locally sourced food and beverage provision. £300,000 grant funding through the REPF and c.£800,000 Oxbury Bank loan secured through comprehensive business planning and financial modelling
