Planning and Infrastructure

Mark will discuss recent developments affecting planning and access powers of infrastructure companies as well as wider infrastructure policy. This will include the Planning and Infrastructure Bill, and various new and developing strategic documents. He will also look at consultations on the Development Consent Order process, mandatory payments to communities hosting infrastructure, and changes to the rights and responsibilities of electricity companies.
