About Daniel Bär
Daniel is an award winning architect based in Glasgow.
During the last 8 years he specialised in bespoke residential projects. His work has been widely published throughout the world.
He graduated from the University of the Arts in Berlin in 2009. working for KuehnMalvezzi. Since 2010 Daniel worked for Dualchas Architects realising a number of projects as senior architect, ranging from public, private residential, to existing houses all over Britain. His first completed residential dwelling, the Cliff house, won both RIBA and RIAS awards and was nominated for the Manser medal.
He has successfully participated in architectural competitions and won first place for the erection of his proposal for the Scottish Scenic Routes in Inveruglas completed in 2015 and exhibited at the 15th International Venice Biennale.
In 2017 Daniel founded Scenic Lets. Scenic Lets is a unique, cost effective and expertly designed building system. The company is made up of a well-connected team and has access to consultants with multiple fields of expertise. The philosophy of the company is to bridge the gap between professionals working in the building industry.
Daniel continues to work on bespoke projects in both Britain and Germany.
