About Daniel O’Donnell, Nick Carr & Dan Hatcher
Daniel founded the business in 2005 and is responsible for managing Rosconn and driving growth. His experience is predominately within the residential sector with a key focus on strategic land promotion. Maximisation of land value is Daniel’s specialism and he enjoys engaging with the team to ensure we are continually adding value. The fact that he stakes his own money ensures to the landowner that they have Rosconn’s focus. Himself and the Rosconn team pride themselves in endeavouring to offer the highest level of customer service in the industry.
Nick joined Rosconn in 2007 becoming Operation Director in 2016. Inputting heavily into the companies growth strategy with Daniel. Nick also jointly oversees the site identification process together with managing the site acquisition and sale process. Nick is heavily involved in all of our projects on their journey through the planning system. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of technical in land and planning, overcoming numerous challenges and technical issues to unlock planning consents and site sales.
Dan is a Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years’ experience, joining Rosconn in 2016 following 12 years at leading Planning and Design consultancy Barton Willmore. Dan leads on all planning related matters, managing Rosconn’s strategic land portfolio from initial site identification to securing planning permission. Dan is experienced in managing teams to steer proposals through to a successful conclusion, whether locally or at appeal.
